RETHINK is a national charity providing a range of services and information about all aspects of mental illness including free fact sheets and web pages.

THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF PSYCHIATRISTS provides a wide range of information and leaflets on mental health a number of which are specifically related to drug and alcohol use.

COUNSELLING DIRECTORY is leading support network in the UK and was set up as a free, confidential service to encourage those in distress to seek help. Visitors can read about different areas of distress, view useful articles written by counsellors and refine their search to find the most appropriate help.
